Our shipments are entrusted to the best couriers with whom we have contracts and who undertake the utmost care and attention given the nature of the transported content. The goods travel covered by insurance and our customers are 100% refunded in case of damage or if the contents break.

The goods will be delivered in 1-2 working days in Italy, 2-5 working days in Europe.

These times are to be considered from the date of shipment and after you receive an email from us to say the goods have departed. These times could be longer in the event of force majeure, bad weather, floods or heavy snowfalls.

All our products are shipped in special cardboard containers and properly packaged.

All our bottles are carefully placed in their containers and protected to prevent even the slightest movement or shock.

Conditions of sale:

– all prices include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and custom fees applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services where this differs from Italy. These costs, different from country to country, are charged to the customer, who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities.

– all the products in our store are in stock

– all shipments are covered by insurance

– the site is constantly updated

– shipment will always be accounted for with a regular invoice, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

– the cost of shipment must be added to the price of each individual product and/or service, the amount of which may vary according to the method of delivery and payment, as well destination country. The total amount due for the selected products and/or services will be clearly indicated and communicated to the customer before the sale contract is concluded.

– the prices shown on the site are subject to possible variations and/or modifications by without any obligation to notify the customer. These increases may depend – among other things – on increases made by the producer. Sales contracts concluded before the publication of the aforementioned amendments, but still in progress, will reflect the prices in force at the time the order is received.

– published prices of products may vary for different vintages and formats.

These general conditions are governed by Italian law. Each sales contract and subject is also governed by Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to the general conditions or contracts of sale will be devolved to the competent jurisdiction of the competent court, without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory legal provisions to protect consumers.

In the case of defective goods:

– the same can be returned to Golosofia within 14 days of delivery.

– The shipping and packing costs for the return of the shipment are charged to the customer.

– The defective goods will be returned or refunded (if no longer available) by Golosofia.

– Once the non-conformity of the goods has been verified, the customer will also be refunded of the shipping cost for the return.

In the event of damage caused by shipping:

If you receive packages visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packaging or visibly stained by leakage from any broken products) you can do the following:

– If it is more than one package, return the damaged packages to the sender by signing the courier’s bill “Indicating the specific nature of the damage”. It will then be our responsibility to provide for the return of the damaged packages and send them back. If instead it is a shipment of a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and as before, we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.

If the broken product is sold out, you will be contacted for a possible replacement. If you find no replacement product in our catalogue, Golosofia will return the sums paid.

Any shipping costs for the return to the sender of a damaged package and the reshipment of the new one are completely at our expense.

Purchases on the website are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.

Conditions for right to refund:

– the purchased good must be substantially intact

– The right of refund is reserved to persons only, thus does not cover purchases made by retailers or by persons who in any way purchase for resale to third parties.

– shipping costs will be charged to the customer

– upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for the right to refund), therefore we recommend the utmost attention in preparing the package, for example by using the original packaging.

– to exercise this right, you must send us a notice to that effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods ordered and send the goods within a further 10 days.

Steps to follow:

Send an email to declaring your desire to exercise the right to refund, indicating all the required data:

– order number and order date

– invoice number

– which products you wish to return

– your bank details (IBAN code)

Subsequently, you must wait for a communication from our Customer Service team authorizing the refund

Refund times:

Golosofia undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, providing credit to the customer of the amount corresponding to the value of the goods in the invoice. The aforementioned amount does not include shipping costs. This is according to art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999
